It is not advice about any specific property, and no inspection has been performed on your home until one is scheduled, agreed to in writing, and completed.
Prices shown are starting prices. Final price depends on square footage, age, foundation type, distance, and which additional services you add. You receive a confirmed price before the inspection is scheduled.
A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive examination of the readily accessible systems and components of a home on the day of the inspection, performed to the InterNACHI® Standards of Practice. It is not a warranty, a guarantee, a code compliance inspection, or a prediction of future condition. Concealed conditions, and conditions that arise after the inspection date, are outside its scope. The full scope, limitations, and exclusions are set out in the pre-inspection agreement you sign before work begins, and that agreement governs the inspection.
The InterNACHI® Buy-Back Guarantee, Inspection Warranty, and Pay at Closing programs referenced on this site are administered by InterNACHI® and its partners, not by PreFlight. Each has its own terms, sub-limits, exclusions, and claim procedures, and eligibility is determined by the program administrator. Nothing on this site modifies those terms.
Inspections can be scheduled online or by phone. If you need to reschedule or cancel, call or text as early as you can and we will work it out.
This site links to and embeds third-party services including the Spectora scheduler and InterNACHI®. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
