Inspection Warranty
Ninety days of cover after closing, on every buyer inspection.
Even a thorough inspection can't predict the water heater that was fine on Tuesday and leaking three weeks after closing. The InterNACHI® Inspection Warranty (Pro plan) covers those surprises: eligible repair costs over $150 per claim, up to $3,000 total, on central heating and cooling, water heater, main plumbing lines, electrical, structure, built-in kitchen appliances, mold remediation, and roof leaks. It runs 120 days from inspection or 90 days after closing, whichever comes first, with no age limit on appliances and an online claims process the client handles directly with the administrator.
For you, it means the referral comes with a safety net, and the first-month phone calls go to the warranty company instead of to you.
